What is a good acne treatment?
Posted by: | CommentsEver since I stopped my birth control pills (i ran out) My face has become oily and started to break out during my periods and when I stress. The big time areas are my forehead, and my chin. It’s a combination of under the skin/on top of the skin pimples and blackheads.
What would be a good face wash to start using? Something I dont have to order.
so i hav a few acne scars on my face.. i want to get rid of them.. is this a good plan?

wash face everyday with Zenmed acne cleanser & scar healer,
After washing apply Bio oil scar treatment oil – a thin layer all over face,
Once it has all absorbed, then use Mederma scar gel on specific areas where there are scars…
with this i will also jog 15mins a day – morning, il also drink RDA of water including Bio synergy beauty from within water which contains green tea.. selenium, vit A,E,C etc (basicaly vitamin water).
I will also take in 1 vitamin supplement tablet each day and also 3 AcnEase herbal treatment tabs each day with a healthy diet…
im going to keep constant watch each day and continue this routine…
Some products i have mentioned.. u may not of heard of but anyways… what do u think about this plan… does it seeem like a good idea… to totaly get rid of all scars on my face… i am determined to do… thanks guys and gals. xx
whats a good treatment for acne?
Posted by: | Commentsmy dad got me this herbal soap, it seemed pretty good but i got this huge pimple on my nose. i had the st ives apricot scrub but that was crap. should i just go to the dermatologist? or like, proactive? neutrogena?
or any home remedie for it.

Posted by: | Commentsive had it for two years. the dermatalogist said i have ‘mild acne’ and gave me retin-a but it didnt work. ive tried proactive, the zeno thing, acnexus, and herbal pills. it just doesnt make sense to me. i eat right, drink a lot of water, take a shower everyday, take vitamins, follow my acne routine religiously and am in great shape. im in college so i dont get that much sleep thats the only thing. again, it is only mild acne, but it makes no sense to me why if i unclog my pores everyday with acne medicine, i still get clogged pores and acne. can someone give me a treatment that WILL work? im sick of acne. every acne product i try says it works for 90 percent of patients but i dont get why im never in that 90 percent. its extremely aggravating, and my social life and self esteem is suffering because of it
