how do i use this acne treatment?

my doctor subscribe me the following products but I’m not sure how to use 2 of the creams.

Doxycycline 100 milligrams – they are pills and i take one daily
Tretinoin Cream USP .025% – I apply that cream at night
benzoyl Peroxide Gel 5 % – ?
erythromycin topical gel usp 2% – ?

I don’t know if I’m am suppose to apply the peroxide and then wash it in a few minutes or i i live it on my face and then apply the erythromycin on top.

Im also suppose to apply it twice a day

And how long do you think its going to take to see some improvement on my face.
